Session Description
Technology has advanced so that it’s easy to make a talking avatar. Using talking avatar for listening comprehension is much more realistic than simply clicking on a speaker icon and listening to a sound file. This makes an online course one step closer to a face-to-face course.
The presenter has incorporated some talking avatars in his online Japanese course. This presentation discusses various App’s, software and websites which make talking avatars. Feedback from students will also be shared. This talking avatar can be used for any subject.
