Exploring Multicultural Virtual Communities of Practice

Session Description
After attending a multicultural conference, we research the viability of virtual communities of practice to support collaboration and social learning among a multicultural audience. Through a literature review and survey of the conference presenters, we find what is most important to community members and the conference presenters when participating in a virtual community of practice.
